This way you might end up with the correct psu but there is no way you get an 80W gpu these days. And leds use so little power there is no need to even budget for it.

Don't they still have some of those GPUs primarily designed for office and commercial scenarios that need a lot of outputs, but not a lot of triangles? The classic "trader PC" with four monitors, or a machine driving the menu screens at a fast-food?
