Just disconnect the internet connection before you start setup ๐
Can confirm this still worked for me as off two month ago.
Usually doesn't work on newer builds. Even with no nic driver installed it wants to connect.
Wants to, but can't. I set up two installations in the last few weeks, and set up local accounts using this.
Ironically, I had to wipe and reinstall one because I accidentally set up Pro instead of Home >.<
