Yeah I didn’t want to use the term copaganda due to it feeling off topic from the OP but that video covers it. We rewatched it this year. The amount of times the show, while overtly asserting it’s bad, sort of subtlety implies all the times Stabler used excessive force (which is frequently) are somewhat justified is pretty disappointing.

He's only recently touched on L&O, but I highly recommend Skip Intro's entire copaganda series. YouTube playlist link but he's also on Nebula.
