Just got cleared to start exercising after a fractured ankle.
The leg is a mess from over a month of limping/favoring/boot, and a month prior to that of not knowing what was wrong and slowing down. so I'm gonna take it super slow, do lots of foam rolling and stretching. So walks and stretching for now.
Really starting from nothing and feeling worthless, was very healthy and happy before. Oh well, better to get started again.
