Valve has finally made the Steam page public for Deadlock, its upcoming third-person shooter / MOBA mashup.

DM me a generated quick invite link so I can add you on steam right away and submit your name for an invite.

Unfortunately, the person has to have been on your friends list for at least a month before the invite system will let you invite them (AFAIK).

I don't know how this rumor was started, but it's false. I've submitted a handful of new friend usernames for an invite just within the last few hours.
