Amphibious? I know Land Rovers tend to have impressive offroad performance but they're not exactly water-going vehicles...

I have no words for what I just watched.
They can be fitted with a snorkel to allow them to travel under water up to the height of the snorkel.
I know about snorkels. I've been around Landies my whole life, but even with that aid for navigating through water more than under it, I still wouldn't try to argue it as an amphibian when vehicles like the Amphicar and the Duck exist. Land Rovers hold a reputation as being extremely capable vehicles in my head but their intended environment is still land.
