Und das ein-/auschecken soll ohne Software (=App)-Entwicklung funktionieren? Man kann ja nicht einfach einen generischen Kartenleser in den Zug schrauben. Ich sehe nicht, wie ein Check-in-System mit Hardware pro Fahrzeug günstiger sein soll als eines ohne Hardware.
