maybe start with eating healthier food? drink water? go to bed earlier? try making some good choices
Unfortunately, I already drink a ton of water and eat a good balanced food every day with 8 hours of sleep. The other night I went to bed as early as possible, my wife did morning duty, and I managed to stay in bed for 14 hours.
STILL TIRED. BOTH OF US. ALL THE TIME.
It sounds like you aren't tired and have solved the riddle. How old is your child?
oh im still beat to shit. but i pace myself. truth is you are on duty forever and responsible for your descendant lines and cannot chill enough to recharge. eventually the kids get more capable and less suicidal and your routines help to carry you through. my kid is 5 and its much better than a couple of years ago.
Haha yeah, she's just learned to ~~walk~~ RUN but hasn't learned any self-preservation at all. She's a happy little one and sleeps great which is incredible, but that constant on-edge stress and constant need to make sure she feels loved, acknowledged, validated and happy I think wears me down.
yep you're in the full apocalypse now phase. dont expect to feel well rested.
