I'm not even sure he's given it any thought. He knows his dumbass cult members are not going to question it. She's not white, she's a woman, so of course she's a liar...about something, possibly everything. QED.
That’s what I was thinking. It was his first speech about her after Biden stepped down and he just comes out with it. He’s such a narcissistic and pathological liar where it’s a case of he just says something enough times people just believe him. He just invents his own reality.
