Those are grow kits not actual mushrooms, it's more of a grey area although selling spores for growing is expressly illegal.

Just yesterday I got an ad for actual shrooms! The website even had a "how is this legal" section, but the legal theory in there was... Not very convincing...

There are actual physical mushroom stores in my city even though it's not legal in Canada. There's one a few minutes away from me called The Mush Room. I love to see it, it reminds me of when weed was about to get legalized and stores were popping up before it was official.

Nah man, just pictures of mushrooms and in the description options for lsd etc too.

In pretty sure it's cops or trolls though
