Exessively true. Clothes too loose or too tight.

I've been wanting to get back to my M size t shirts for years. I had a time where my XXXL s were so baggy I got them resized.

now they're too tight because they're resized. My XLs and Ls are working, but the Ls are kinda tight but not too bad

You're doing great. Our bodies are not a single, static size forever.
I'm sorry you dont feel comfortable in your clothes but if it makes you feel any better i dont either. You aren't alone.
