The grimaces on the faces of the single scullers look absolutely painful!
Then you get the interview afterwards and they say how much fun they had! That said, I go to the gym, lift something scary and heavy (for me) and it nearly kills me and I'm like,'yeah that was great'. So I guess we aren't so different.
Honestly I get it. I have the muscles of a wet lettuce, but I love running. The feeling in your body after completing a hard run is hard to describe.
But it definitely is after. Only a minute or so after; it doesn't take long. But the feeling is great.
