God, I hate the term stimming. Sounds too much like stimulants.

I wonder if it's that there are lots of us who hate it, but just not anybody who can or would bother to do anything about it.

I wonder that about a lot of stuff, as neaurologically atypical people. What if the majority of us hate something, but it wasn't the any of us with the executive function?
