Does anyone else play these games first and foremost, as if they were an item hoarding simulator?

My largest goal is always to establish a base of operations, and then collect everything I can get my hands on.

Red Rocket in F4 is always my first temporary base. Then once I unlock better settlements towards the middle of the map, I'll build a bunch of storage containers there.
