Yes you are correct, and I have decades of experience supporting Yoda's pithy statement.

The problem is, whoever wrote Star Wars wasn't actually a therapist or psychiatrist.

So it's more like:

Serotonin reuptake deficiencies is the path to the angry side, lack of neurotransmitter balance leads to anger, anger leads to high blood pressure, stroke, unemployment and if I am especially stupid that day, jail time.

None of these are outcomes I desire or pursue.
