Have been vaping 100% of the time for nearly a decade, but since getting a titanium nail and diapenseries with a lot of different oil, I always find myself choosing that.

Kinda silly but I'm almost sad that I don't vape as much anymore. I've been through 2 arizer solo's and it's sad to see the guy gathering dust after 3 years of daily use.

I still pick it up every couple of days to chill on while working or playing Minecraft. 99% of the time though, it's just more convenient to get the consumption outta the way and keep grooving.

On the flip side, I have always dealt with anxiety while vaping/ smokin/ edibles and oil has NEVER made me anxious as of yet.

Regardless, with oil as my main consumption now, I still love my solo and want another dry herb boi, but can't see it becoming my main medium anymore.

Anyone else dealing with something similar?

TL;DR: oil has replaced vaping for me, how many of y'all dealing with that? Do you go back and forth?

I smoked exclusively for a long time. Then I was introduced to vaping and it never caught on with me (had a really cheap chinese device). Then I discovered portable devices a few years later and fell in love with dry herbal vaporizing (for the past decade)

A few years back I started to experiment with concentrates but was never really impressed.

In my experience, I personally find them lacking. It feels like something gets lost during the extraction process and the concentrate is never the same "full spectrum" affect I get from dry herbal vaporizing. There's always something missing.

I've tried quite a bit of concentrates over the years from different suppliers and types. It certainly can get me medicated in some ways, but it's not the same full spectrum affect I get when using a good dry herbal vaporizer.

To me personally I equate concentrates to junk food - yes it's delicious, but does it provide the full nutritional value of eating a healthy salad? Of course not. But again that's me personally - I prefer taking my time and enjoying different dry herbal devices. Of course my position in the industry has allowed me to own and play with countless devices (literally lost count at around four dozen dry herbal devices lol)

My secret to maintaining low tolerances is to switch up devices several times a year. Every dry vaporizer performs slightly differently - so load sizes, cooking temps, draw patterns, etc all become habitual over time. Switching up devices (sometimes stepping back to an under-powered device) can help reset one's tolerances (I call this "vape tolerance").
