That November, Chkhikvishvili shared with the undercover cop step-by-step instructions for what he described as a mass casualty event involving an associate dressed as Santa Claus handing out poisoned candy to Jewish and minority children at Brooklyn schools on New Year's Eve.

How in the world did this megabrain get caught?!

Suspicious purchases from chemical suppliers would be my guess. That or he was being closely watched for other reasons already.

And also have a huge ego and inflated sense of self importance so they boast a lot. I am sure he tries to pick up girls saying he is the leader of a really cool nazi death cult.
