I'm watching the friendly the USWNT is playing at Audi Field and God Damn it looks worst than when DC United plays... Like the spots are on a fucking elevated piece of turf. Wtf? I truly fear when the ladies visit next month. They need to fix this shit.

It's not good. Swampy, too. They overwater the shit out of the pitch, probably to hide the fact that there are a bunch of bald spots all over the place. Doesn't help that we had that heat wave, either.

In the beginning of the match, dust was being kicked up... It's absolutely an atrocious pitch. It's been insanely hot, you'd think they'll try to maintain the pitch by watering it on a regular schedule. Heck I have to resort to daily or every day watering for my lawn, it's brutal this summer.
