Do the eyes in these suits move? Or is this a strategically taken picture?

Had to look at a bigger picture of the image, but the one on the right looks like they got concave eyes in their suit. I think it's a pretty cool trick to make it look like the eyes are following you, when done right.

It's possible to make eyes that move but I wouldn't say it's the norm
