It is 40% nicotine concentrate.

If necessary, I would choose nicotine over many current commercial pesticides. Nicotine doesn't help pests develop into superbugs with pesticide resistance.

Uhhh what makes you say that? It very much does, as a quick search for "nicotine resistance" will show you.
