During the Ukraine-Belgium match, our fans unfurled a banner with the image of "Grenka" - Nazarii Hryntsevich, who died fighting for Ukraine.

The image was generated by artificial intelligence from the photos of 182 fallen Ukrainian soldiers, who in civilian life belonged to fanatic movements of Ukrainian clubs. Nazarii Hryntsevich from Vinnytsia cheered for the local "Niva". He celebrated his 19th birthday defending Mariupol. Nazarii spent four months in Russian captivity, and after his release he returned to the front. Together with his brothers, he founded a unit where he commanded a platoon. Died in battle on May 6, 2024. "Gryentsi" was 21 years old.

The goal of the campaign is to remind the world that thousands of football fans are defending Ukraine at the front. They could cheer for the national team in the stands, but they protect the country and give their lives for peace in Europe.

Moving stuff. I yearn for a world where international conflicts are contained to a soccer pitch.
