Of all these interviews that have been posted about her, can you point to where she at least acknowledges how horrible she was in rolling her eyes in response to a question about a woman being raped?
Otherwise I have no interest in hearing her perspective. She is a distraction in the worst way.
Oh, it seems you have fallen for the status quo zionist propaganda and smears, do not worry it happens to the best of us!
She explains it in multiple interviews, so not sure what you have been watching...
She mentions in great detail on the changes that Rising with The Hill have gone through, where she knew it was most likely a set up for her to get fired.
Anything would have gotten her fired, but small and baby 'roll of the eyes' seemed to be the thing that went viral.
It resulted in a great chance for The Hill and the parent company to end her contract.
If you would like to learn more, please let me know!
I watched her do it. It was not small. It was not propaganda. She did it, and it's disgusting. Her lack of respect for anything is a huge distraction from the horrors that are occurring in Palestine. She really just needs to sit down and stop making this about her.
Again, you have mistaken the reason for her rolling her eyes.
I would recommend that you watch and listen to her explain why she rolled her eyes.
Using that zionist talking points to smear her is not helping you understand.
edit2: added info below
Sabby Sabs does commentary on the video also, if you do not want to listen directly from BJG:
Briahna Joy Gray Fired From The Hill Over Israel! [50:18 | JUN 08 24 | Sabby Sabs] https://youtu.be/4ekItHV71eM
I watched the original video. She can explain it away all she wants. She still did it. I really don't know why you are arguing so hard for her. She is a huge distraction and taking the focus off of those being tortured and killed in Gaza.
True, it may seem as if I am arguing hard for her.
I think as a person that has a community for her, that I should point out what she said and meant when she did that, so people have a better view of her character and the kind of person she is.
I am in disagreement in your framing of her character, she has explained well enough why she rolled her eyes, it was because the guest brought up the 'believe all women' straw man at the end of the segment.
Rising with The Hill has a history of firing people that speak out against Israels 'potential' and current genocide against the Palestinian people.
Kim Iversen and Katie Halper being two others that were fired, if you would like to know more about them and why their contracts were also ended.
It is not a strawman though. That is the problem.
Well in that instance it did seem like a straw man.
Some videos also point out the hypocrisy when this is brought up, when we talk about the Palestinian people.
Many reports have came out, for decades now, where sexual abuse is brought up on the Palestinian side and their experiences in Israeli detention.
Let us not forget that many Palestinians are being held by Israel in their detention centers, some are children that are released years later.
Both can be true. Caring about Palestinians does not mean we have to demean Israelis. It just doesn't. Stooping to someone else's level is not an acceptable excuse. It's just not.
That is true, and back to the OG reason for replying, I will keep saying that BJG was not doing that and she did not mean it to be viewed as doing that.
Thanks for the discussion, I hope this has helped you understand her character a bit better!
