Depends on how much of that $200 million ended up back in Arrowhead Studio's funds, Sony is still the publisher and I bet they're taking a hefty cut out of those sales

Other than that, could also be some kinda commentary on massive corporations making miniscule donations to charities

They could have just said "We're donating $4311, and we'll double it if X number of players make a donation of at least $5 through the following link." The extra $4311 wouldn't have hurt them, and I'd bet the charity would make at least ten times that from players.
