How to delete places I've saved in Google maps? there is no delete button. (self.google)

I'm tired of these places coming up in all my searches because I will never go back to these places again.

I found a delete button for the list, and I keep hitting it, and it's still not deleted.

I've had this problem too, on both mobile and desktop. If you made a manual entry to your Contacts list and added that address, you'll need to delete the address there separately. That isn't necessarily the cause though. I have places that stubbornly remain starred.

Try a different device. If you're on mobile try desktop and vice versa. Otherwise I would escalate it with Google
