Are you sure they would? It costs a lot of money to port games and market it and maybe looking at the demographics of their market, it's just not worth it financially to port it to PC.

It's a Chicken and egg scenario.

Businesses, especially game developers, have zero motivation to go first and potentially lose money. Especially when they're entire primary demographic is already on another platform that another company has already done the hard work in marketing. So not really chicken and the egg scenario.
