Looks like some Tony Hawk Pro Skater map, lol. Launch up the half-pipe to 360 kick flip into a power line tail slide.

There's a secret gap you can get if you launch off the house half pipe and land on the staircase rail 2 houses over, if you land a nose blunt slide you can get 10x points.
