Any recommendations for a FOSS encrypted calendar that supports sync? (lemmy.ml)

After a short realization of how disorganized I am, my girlfriend said "어 진짜 I can't. I can't do this". So at the risk of my 6 year relationship falling apart, does anyone know of a good calendar we can use together to plan out our days?

EDIT: I appreciate everyone's concerns, but my relationship is not actually at risk. I'm just looking for a good calendar we can share 🥰

Yes Apps/Integrations/what ever its called ^^ Using Nextcloud (stable branch) for a while and had minimal problems yet. List of apps working fine which i am using:

Calendar (colaborative clendar)
Contancts (sync my sim/andorid contacts)
Draw.io
news (rss reader)
Notes
QOwnNotes (notetaking app, but kinda bad UI)
UnifiedPush

android apps using nextcloud as backend:

nextcloud (lol)
Saber (synced whiteboard)
DavX5 (WebDav connetor for calendar/contacts etc)
NextPush (alternative Push Provider)

apps i had trouble with and am not using thus: Colabora Office/OnlyOffice , i am using my own Cryptpad for those tasks.

Do they have iOS apps as well?

to be honest: i have negligible knowledge for iOS support/iOS Apps. Quick search told me there is a apple native way to integrate calendar and contacts https://docs.nextcloud.com/server/19/user_manual/pim/sync_ios.html#
