Get a monitoring solution bruh. It's madness to go snoop through every employees computers and email. Don't you have anything else to do? My team are the only IT team with domain admin and global admin accounts and we have much better things to do.

We have information and IT security teams but I highly doubt they do the stuff you apparently spend all day doing.

It must be a very small business.

Just like it's my job to know if they are looking at porn on company computers.

How is that your job? I assume you work in IT.

That's a HR issue not an IT issue. It shouldn't matter for IT if people watch porn or watch youtube all day. Let HR deal with that shit.

I work at a company that takes physical and cyber security quite seriously and we don't do anything close to that.

Though my country is generally open to employees using corporate devices for some personal use (especially company phones, maybe not so much the computers) we even have the option of transferring out mobile numbers to the company and using our corporate phone (iPhones unfortunately) exclusively for everything in life.

Fair, that's very different. I'm absolutely not saying that you shouldn't look through stuff when you need too. I'm just doubting the need to to it continually and the need to look through people personal information even if it's not supposed to be there.

I work at a large company with lots of locations all over the country.
