Chemical castration, with severe depression and suicidal thoughts as side effects.

As horrible as that undoubtedly is, in nazi Germany he would have been sent to a concentration camp, with forced labor and conceivably even the gas chamber.

That's how fucked up humanity was as a whole back then.
