So what percentage of these lunatics is just trying to get out of paying huge bills, taxes, or both? Because it seems like a lot.
All of them? The vast majority of SovCits become SovCits because of crippling debt accrued prior to tp becoming SovCits. Its easier than not falling into debt in the forst place.
Yeah what these people need is real help, not delusions that writing the magic words will make all your monetary and legal issues go away. But when you've lost everything, you have nothing to lose. So you might as well try being a SovCit.
