My one meal a day for nearly a week. I have been playing with techniques and sauces along with fermentation stuff.
I made a barbeque sauce with this one that has a bunch of different fermented fruits and peppers in it along with beer as a brazing sauce. It's all pretty much low effort but lots of time. I basically go back and forth making chicken then beef and using the stock from each to make sauces. I iterate each time making little changes looking for improvements. Like I'm trying to make stuff that is still pretty good after 8+ days out of the microwave.
