Playing Atlas for 2 days, connected an ethernet cable and 2nd screen and now my game won't load.

In fact, NO steam games will go past the loading screen. I've reinstalled Steam, verified game files, updated drivers, and done everything else the internet is suggesting... nothing works, and I am at a loss. The game I was playing when this occurred was Atlas... As I stated, everything was working fine until I tried the ethernet cable and new screen.

hi everyone, I recently put money on my steam wallet with a Visa gift card and I cannot verify the gift card which means I cannot buy anything off the community market, like skins, etc. is there a certain period of time. I have to wait for it to verify or how do I make it so I can buy stuff off the community market?
