Coping

It's been good to talk about mental health, fabulous to hear from people's thoughts on sharing, caring, hoping, but now thoughts about coping are this weeks theme.

So what strategies are you employing to help you day to day, month to month? Any tips or actions welcomed, not just from !scotland posters either

We're ever hopeful, hope being key to meeting lots of mental demands, something to aspire to or wish for. You may hope for something for just you, you may hope for the planet, plenty of mental health problems stem from actual issues in the our environment

Apart from new builds being universally shit. And no buses most likely. And no tram stop. And schools likely underprovisioned. As will the Drs, and pharmacist. Or the flight path. Or the rail line. Or the motorway. And then no solar panels, or car charging points. Heat pumps MIA, no communal heating either. And a lego land look and feel. And no drying greens. And then they want £500K for a 3 bed

If I was Humza I'd be standing next GE on majority of MPs = Holyrood gets referenda powers, with no repeat within 7 years or so, and Holyrood deciding (not HMG head of state), with a nice big franchise too
