An interview with Andrew Gower where he explains the design is relaxing and isn't based on ticks, allowing for a more "responsive" feel.

In another bit of the interview, he says Fen is an entirely self funded team of eight, and that he's enjoying working at his own direction with no money men trying to sway the ship. There's also mention of a "premium pass" that'll allow access to all content, to be released in an episodic format. Presumably, this'll be akin to Runescape membership.
