I've done 2 months personally (first and last), but most of my places have done 1 month. 3 is insane.

What has everyone else been seeing?

San Jose is a bit out of my way, but it's cool to hear about local nerdy coffee stuff

I saw this on the SF subreddit (lol, I know). Seemed pretty cool. At $5 an hour, $25 for a whole day, it's a bit expensive compared to WeWork, but might be cool to drop by for a day or two.

Sad to read that SF's Anchor Brewing Company is discontinuing their best beer, the Christmas Ale, due to "increased costs". They're also ending national distribution outside California

Reading between the lines, it sounds like part of a plan by owner Sapporo to slowly wind down the brand completely.
