KLCC article explains:

Eugene Parks and Open Space wants to know how people are using their neighborhood parks and what might make them better.

The survey takes approximately 7-10 minutes. Responses are anonymous.

Upon completing the survey, respondents can leave their email address to be entered in a drawing to win Eugene Parks swag from bit.ly/parkswag.

The article doesn't have a link to the English-language survey. Here's the Spanish-language survey, as well.

It's really nice to see that Eugene already has something set up for an easy transition from Reddit. The Eugene subreddit was where I got pretty much all my information about what was going on in Eugene. So knowing that I can still do that over here without having to deal with reddit's bullshit anymore, it's just awesome.

Danny Woodcock, who lives in the area, says that his house was massively overgrown last fall, with some bushes nearly coming in contact with power lines. "I was about to call the City and say, 'Do you think we should have you guys trim that?'" Woodcock said. "That's when [Northwest Youth Corps] came in and saved the day."
