Because they are protesting someone who wants to make protesting illegal. Better to protest now without a phone and a mask, so you don't get shot in the legg when he gets in power in January

Is it really a bug or is it just boiling the frog slowly?

I use gray Jay instead, it has become really good the last wave of updates. Wife is on revanced, I'll change her over if gray jay adds shorts.

There is still a few paper cut issues with it, but over all I prefer gray jay over the official YouTube app.

Adenosine triphosphate (ATP) functions as the primary energy currency of the cell, enabling various biological processes. Here's an explanation of how ATP works on a molecular level:

Structure of ATP

ATP is composed of three main components:

  1. Adenine: A nitrogenous base.

  2. Ribose: A five-carbon sugar molecule, which together with adenine forms adenosine.

  3. Three Phosphate Groups: Linked sequentially through high-energy bonds.

Energy Storage and Release

The key to ATP’s function lies in the high-energy bonds between its phosphate groups, particularly the bond between the second (beta) and third (gamma) phosphate groups.

  1. Hydrolysis of ATP:

When ATP is hydrolyzed (reacts with water), it loses its terminal (gamma) phosphate group, releasing energy.

The reaction is:

ATP + H2O > ADP + Pi + Energy

  1. Energy Release:

The hydrolysis of ATP releases about 30.5 kJ/mol (7.3 kcal/mol) of energy.

This energy is used to perform cellular work, such as muscle contraction, active transport across cell membranes, and chemical synthesis.

Mechanism of ATP Utilization

  1. Phosphorylation:

ATP transfers its phosphate group to another molecule (a process called phosphorylation), making that molecule more reactive.

This is often facilitated by enzymes known as kinases.

  1. Energy Coupling:

Cells couple the exergonic reaction of ATP hydrolysis with endergonic reactions (reactions that require energy).

For example, during muscle contraction, ATP hydrolysis provides the energy for the motor protein myosin to move along actin filaments.

ATP Synthesis

ATP is regenerated from ADP through cellular respiration, which consists of three main stages:

  1. Glycolysis: Breakdown of glucose into pyruvate, producing a small amount of ATP.

  2. Citric Acid Cycle (Krebs Cycle): Further breakdown of metabolic products, generating electron carriers (NADH and FADH2).

  3. Oxidative Phosphorylation:

Electrons from NADH and FADH2 are transferred through the electron transport chain in the inner mitochondrial membrane.

This creates a proton gradient that drives ATP synthesis via ATP synthase.

ATP Synthase Function

ATP synthase is a complex enzyme that synthesizes ATP from ADP and using the energy derived from the proton gradient.

  1. Proton Gradient: Protons flow back into the mitochondrial matrix through ATP synthase.

  2. Rotational Catalysis:

The flow of protons causes the rotation of a part of ATP synthase.

This mechanical energy drives the chemical synthesis of ATP from ADP and .

In summary, ATP serves as a molecular battery, storing energy in its high-energy phosphate bonds and releasing it upon hydrolysis to fuel various cellular activities. Its synthesis and utilization are tightly regulated processes essential for life.

I'm just waiting sometimes searching for an in depth guide, or an easy to use tool, to upscale my sg-1 dvd's directly from original non compressed quality, to a more palatable resolution before they are compressed and converted to mkv. Tools being FOSS is a soft requirement, it kind of has to run on Linux, or I need to find an older dual core Intel Mac in storage or run windows in a vm.

I don't have any computers with a DVD drive any more, but I'm not opposed to buying one

What about orange pieces of shit?

Maybe depriving your self of sex is entirely your decision, and not someone else's. It sounds so gross to hear people wanting to control the sex life of other people, because I am unable to by any stretch of the imagination interpret someone being offended by other people not wanting to have sex with you in any other way.

I can only imagine, that a woman in the US, that are not allowed to end an unwanted pregnancy, and live under a government that actively floats that they would like to end contraceptives. So what happens is if you stick your penis (stop seething when you read this) inside of her, all her rights her mother had before in the same situation goes out the window.

Just a reminder, your unalienable rights do not include forcing someone to have Sex with you

The important part is to make your subscription to your car and your subscription to your house a big enough part of your pay check, so that you are afraid if you use too much electricity your budget for your food will not be enough. For everyone else make sure they need Netflix, HBO, YouTube premium, reddit coins, and every thing else to get into the same situation

Then make it so you are afraid to lose your job because you can't save up for a rainy day fund.

Then be afraid of the rain

Now the rest is slowly boiling the frog, so you are used to it

This is the easiest thing for people with money, and motivation to avoid happening.

Remove the sim card if it's an older device, use a Faraday cage (your microwave is one) or a jammer. If you are the government you can also tell the telecom to block the phone from connecting
