Had to do some quick googling.
Seems have an 'official music video' although the one in the video is clearly a different print.

The article is really generous to them.
My big take away from the situation is "don't get in a legal dispute with the only supplier to an irreplaceable ingredient". Doesn't even matter who was right or wrong in the end.
It sure looks like it works to me. His video channel shows a number of shots out of it too.
