I didn't like it on the twitter pics, but it looked pretty good today actually on the riders

Interesting WvA didn't really sprint for 3rd, just rolled in. Maybe too tired, maybe just not worth it

Certainly has crossed my mind. It seems like that situation is stabilizing (those inclined using lemmygrad instance rather than lemmy.ml ??)

open to any volunteers

looks like lemmy.ml (per the URL) AFAIK, they can't merge. Communities are per-instance.
When I set this up, there wasn't one on lemmy.ml (or anywhere else) and I just wanted to show the place wasn't dead. I don't really want to be a mod either. Now that lemmy.ml/c/bikecommuting seems to have more traffic, maybe I'll just shut this down

I've had good experience with Ramnode

agree, it's a Frank Lloyd Wright thing maybe mixed with Esperanto. It comes from abbreviating United States of North America (USONA), then because it's popularity around the time of it's invention by Zamenhof, was adopted into Esperanto as the name of USA, somewhat modified as "Usono" https://eo.wikipedia.org/wiki/Landnomo_kaj_lo%C4%9Dantoj_pri_Usono

I'm not sure if @[email protected] is an esperantisto or if it's used in other contexts as well

yeah, and not sure a plug would've fixed it
If I still have to carry a tube, tire boot, plugs, etc, I just don't see the advantage

edit: I still run rim brakes and mechanical shifting, so I might be a luddite

strongly depends on your energy output. If you're an endurance athlete or even just exercise with greater than moderate intensity on the reg, it's healthy fuel for the furnace

If you're a sedentary blob flirting with type II diabetes, it's poison

still running tubes and rim brakes here, I find maintenance easier, and I don't get that many flats anyway (though I did get a massive pinch flat hitting a rock at about 27 mph...don't know if tubeless would've saved me or just had a sidewall blowout and been unsalvageable)

piling on for Dokuwiki. Have been running it personally and for an org (2 different wikis) for like 7 or 8 years. No problems, and it's own syntax is pretty easy too. I've migrated a few times too and love that it's just plain text files
