this is the honest comment, what do we really know? workers are dying over bourgeois territorial control. does anyone here actually know someone from Donbass? like do they feel liberated yet as their homes lie in further ruins? wonder how they'll get their lives back together after losing their economic/industrial center and their families through an entrenched DMZ border threatening nuclear standoff.

• like the US didn't devote their entire socioeconomic foundation on racial segregation programs and residential schools and women being property and forced sterilizations and criminalizing sexuality and mental health well past the founding of the Communist Party of China (and still do in more subtle ways)

• like the US didn't conduct state terrorism on Black people, leftists, lgbtqia, Japanese, feminists, environmentalists... up to concentration camps, assassinations, bombing of entire apartment complexes

they're linguists but instead of translating and interpreting things and discovering cool history in language, they build apps to destroy entire job sectors and tell self-driving cars to only avoid white ppl
