I never heard anything about ‘Crashing’ on HBO before just stumbling on it in the HBO app.

It’s a pretty funny show about a standup comedian trying to make it in NY while dealing with a divorce. It kind of feels like Louie if the protagonist had a positive outlook on life.

It’s not the greatest show ever, but it blows my mind that I’d never heard of it at all

It just feels so Reddit

I think you’re supposed to see that and see that it’s cringe though. I still couldn’t get into it though. I watched the first season and half of the second and it didn’t do it for me

But 53% of Americans say learning how to budget and track expenses is the most valuable money lesson they've learned, according to a recent survey of over 1,000 Americans from financial services company Empower. Having an emergency fund and avoiding excessive debt followed closely, each with 50% or more of respondents naming them as valuable lessons.

I really hate Navy couldn’t make this competitive. It would have been great to see them shock the world in year 0

The Oklahoma state minimum salary for a first year teacher is $39,601 for the 2023-2024 school year.

I think she also qualifies for the increased salary due to her certification, which puts her at $47,521 for her first year of teaching.

I hate schools that are more successful than mine. That's a lot of schools, but I've got enough hate to spread around.

I’m a good ways away from retirement (unfortunately), but I’ve always run my retirement scenarios with no SS included in my math.

I think it’ll still be there in some capacity in 20-30 years, but I have no idea what it’ll look like, so it’s easier to plan without it and be better off if it is impactful in the future.

Washington State AD Pat Chun: "There's a century of history that has gone by the wayside because this conference has mismanaged itself on a bunch of different levels. And when you have poor leadership, one of the outcomes is failure. That's what has happened to the Pac-12."

Notre Dame is an independent in football, but they’re in a conference for everything else, why aren’t we all independent for football? Take the 64 teams in Power Five and make that one division, take the 64 teams in Group of Five, make that another division. We play for a championship, they play for a championship and no one else gets affected. Our sport’s different than everybody else — we only play once a week, travel’s not a big deal for football, but it is a big deal for other sports. So that’s my theory.”

ACC considering adding Cal, Stanford & SMU or just Cal & Stanford, sources told @ActionNetworkHQ. 1st report by @RossDellenger. SMU has a $10 million exit fee to leave AAC w/less than 27 months notice so that number could double. In May, ACC source told @ActionNetworkHQ league had no interest in expanding. “We already have too many mouths to feed,” source said then. Today? “Obviously a lot has happened in the past few months”
