All IOS browsers use the same underlying rendering code, and other browsers couldn’t even add PWAs until recently. I doubt you’ll get a materially different experience with a different browser, unfortunately.

They might be losing free users to Jellyfin, Emby, etc?
Hoppscotch is such an amazing project. It’s open source, selfhostable, a PWA, and does pretty much everything I used Postman for. easily best alternative for me
