Adding on to this calibration comment that an engineer square is much more accurate for setting up machines than a carpenters square (which are often knocked out of alignment).

Im hoping with it being above the kitchen sink and a few feet from the kitchen compost bins that it’ll catch the few fruit flies we get. Can they be overwatered? I was told to keep it in a tray of distilled water or rainwater.

I’m not 100% sure of the type other than it being a sundew. I just googled Drosera Capensis and it looks a bit too big. The fellow at the farmers market where I bought it had the mother plant there to show how big they get and it was very tiny still.

My husband sent it to me and I’d say the expression is spot on. I’ll give all husbands another 60+ years before they might look like this. :D
