The vivomove is my daily, but for many outdoor activities I'd be literally lost without the GPS forerunner!

Also they seem to be one of the lesser evils for those who care about personal data collection and brokerage.

Garmin vivomove.

Analog face, and a wee display that tells you whether you want to look at your phone when it buzzes. Counts steps and stuff if you're into that. Week of battery (still 5-7 days after like 5-6 years of owning mine). Perfect daily wear.

When they say "copyrighted by Warner bros" they actually mean "created by a costume designer, production designer, lighting designer, cinematographer, photographer or camera operator, makeup artist, hairdresser, and their respective crews who were contractually employed by Warner bros but get no claim to their work," right?

Please let us know who is currently forcing you to choose between those two options and I promise we'll be appropriately outraged.

At minimum the cheap ones have lower QA tolerances on components. Sometimes they straight up swap in shittier components (eg: plastic instead of metal, etc).

Not saying you always need the most expensive option when choosing power tools, but looks same != same.

More traumatizing to the executioners, iirc? Remember reading that somewhere, but I may be mistaken. Correct if wrong.

Disagree that rapists are human.

Agree that the only way to make the world better is to not stoop to someone else's level.

Would add that protecting the wrongly accused is more important than getting rid of the guilty.

Most sane people can't empathize with (violent) criminals. But I can empathize with the wrongfully convicted. As distasteful as it is to let murderers and rapists drag out their drain on society, it's infinitely preferable to executing an innocent person.
