Now you just need a cylinder conversion to shoot cartridges. Then you can really be high speed low drag.

Yup as the other poster mentioned, the 2011 is the gun. I'm particular, this is a Staccato C2 DPO with a Trijicon RMR red dot on it.

The 2011 is based on the 1911 platform, but double stack with a detachable grip.

Red dots go hard when doing target transitions close up. I feel you on the lpvo thing though. That's what I've got on my AR-10. Super versatile optic.

Also, quadrails and fsbs are the only way to go for larping in your Mom's basement.
