At the end it is revealed that only the chosen could wield the sword. No one ever mentions that the sword had to be released from the stone and Grog was the hero all along. Because to be a hero you have to be strong. Foolproof selection method.

Rockstar is a US company, but the developers of GTA are Rockstar North in the UK. They used to be their own company developing GTA, when they were bought by Rockstar.
Red Dead is definetly an american game though.
I do not think anyone expects Germany to say anything bad about Israel. The problem is that they went on to defend what Israel is doing. Germany did not need to speak, yet they chose to in favour of Israel.
