No, display glasses would have been the right form factor for Apple. But offering some cool sunglasses with monitors would not create another walled garden for them and the temptation to just own everything a user sees is just too great.

Higher price points really makes us ask deeper questions about this stuff. When these were just accessories for smartphones, you could just try them and see how you feel.

Firefox is my browser for life, but I use a lot of them depending on the context. Chromium has very good dev tools that I need for my work. Safari has good battery performance on macOS laptops. Arc has some nifty new ideas.

Only been here for a couple of years and haven't yet gotten a feel for the platform. I hope Lemmy can handle the traffic spikes, I've already seen tildes.net go down lately.

snake_case for variable names because they seem to be holding something in their underscores. camelCase for functions because verbNoun looks good. PascalCase for classes because it looks like it's a level above that needs to be instantiated before getting used.
