silly rant about my silly problemsI really feel like I should get checked for ADHD but it's hard for me to make an appointment for that in the first place.

I'm also scared that I would just tell them what they want to hear without having any "real" condition. I feel like I can't trust a psychotherapist's judgement because our current understanding of adult ADHD feels limited and they would either be too eager to diagnose you or not be willing to diagnose you in the first place.

Another problem is that my public health care system is complicated to navigate but I don't feel like I could trust private care psychotherapists since they have a financial interest in diagnosing me (like I'm just paying them to prescribe me drugs...).

the fact that these kinds of posts seem to always portray the hated guy as a bottom doesn't really sit well with me... feels like that's supposed to be part of the humiliation :/

damals war ich davon ehrlich gesagt auch eher genervt. die situation ist aber ja jetzt ne gänzlich andere, wenn so viele subs geschlossen sind
