In my opinion, everyone thinks the roads are bad where they live because they are. The quality of roads directly relates to the tax base. The more wealthy an area is and the more tax revenue a municipality can get the higher quality your roads. So yea, Indiana isn’t going to have good roads.

Just finished the Alan Wake Remaster. Really hated it, but apparently that is an unpopular opinion. I just felt like the story is not as innovative as people say and the mechanics are the same from the start to the finish.

I’m now playing Dredge. Really enjoying that game right now. I’m traveling so my Steam Deck is getting some use. I’ll be switching between Dredge and Cult of the Lamb while I’m away.

A few searches turned up that it’s pretty legit. Pay with a credit card so that you’re protected though. You have no idea what happens to that info after you enter it.

Imagine not reading anything and thinking you know everything. Lmao. Yikes.

That explains it. No one does this out of the goodness of their hearts. It’s either a tax write off or avoiding CoL adjustments.

Yeah, it’s not like anyone bought a Disney + sub because it was available in the Tesla lol

I think they’re looking for more a consumer perspective. Disney will probably sue for a breach of contract, but I also wouldn’t be surprised if they somehow ended up signing a TOS that allows Tesla to make changes whenever they want. From a consumer perspective, definitely legal to just remove an app. False advertising? Nah, when you buy the car/use the infotainment center, you’re agreeing to a TOS that requires you give your first born to the gigafactory they built.

Seriously though, it’s very standard practice that a TOS includes language that the service can change in quality at any given time with no warning.

Google will expand billing options for in-app purchases and simplify direct app downloads from developers.

Sounds like a win actually. Nice.

Heck, I just played the demo for Octopath Traveler 2, but this was a self-published demo by the studio. It was enough for me to know this game wasn't for me but I'm thankful I didn't have to buy it and refund it as a result.
