I think the humour in the first few episodes was Mcfarlens way of sneaking the show past the network suits - he sold it as family guy meets star trek, then switched on them once it was established.

In England it's illigal to keep a squirrel in captivity, but it's also illigal to release a captured squirrel back into the wild, so the only option is to (humanely) kill the poor fucker.

Thanks for this!

Like I said, it's a shame there's no way to avoid playing into 'their' hands and giving them all that extra revenue.

I love how they say there are "tough decisions" to be made about benefits. You're going to cut benefits and cut taxes, same as you've been doing for the last 14 yrs, and any other time you had power. Why's it so tough? You should be really fucking good at it by now!

Yes, there is a difference, but it's barely perceptible, therefore it makes no difference which one is picked. If you actually have a preference go with that one. Otherwise flip a coin.

Wait, there are other protocols?

Also, bones are supposed to be the sacrificial weak point, to protect the high value organs from shock damage. Having indestructible bones would lead to fucked up internal organs and brain damage.
